We just ended our 21 Day Vegan Challenge and there was a lot to be learned in the past few weeks. I was able to take in a ton of lessons on how foods in my diet can be replaced without compromising the quality of flavors and the amount of nutrients I’m getting daily. Throw A Snack in Your Bag
You may be forced to go to lunch late or get stuck on public transportation on your way to important meeting. If you pack a few snacks with you, you’ll have a chance to re-fuel and if it’s intentional, what you choose to bring could make way for a better you.
