I go to Miami enough to know where to grab a great bite to eat. Sometimes, when I’m having a craving, I try to rationalize how a few of my favorite Miami restaurants are just a flight away.

Check out these 4 places you must try in Miami.

Casandra Rosario Miami

Cheeseburger Baby | 14th & Washington Ave

Whether it’s for lunch or when you’re about to head in from a long night on Collins Avenue, Cheeseburger Baby is a much better alternative than the pizza spot in Miami. Though they have more than burgers, their thick shakes and hearty burgers will do you the justice you’re looking for.

Bolivar | 841 Washington Ave

Ocean Drive is far too crowded with tourist and overpriced pasta so when you’re traveling for a birthday, you may be seeking something more intimate for your group. Bolivar has heavy portions, live music, and plenty of sangria to keep the party going. If you’re traveling with a group and need some down time from the festivities, this is a great place to have that special dinner.

Larios | 820 Ocean Drive

This is the only restaurant really worth visiting on the strip and it’s never crowded. The secret is out now but the delicious Cuban dishes at Larios, can’t be passed up. The appetizers are great for sharing and the location works from when you want to get back to the beach quickly. I try not to leave Miami without getting their stuffed plantain cups.

660 Anglers | 660 Washington Ave

Going on it’s third and possibly fourth plug on FoodBeforeLove, Anglers is my favorite brunch spot in South Beach. The menu has changed since my first visit but the quality of service and food has not. The bread here was haunting me for a while, it’s a must try. With the bottomless mimosas they offer, nothing on the menu will stop you from loving this place.
